BeeLive Community Convention
1. Overview
In order to maintain a happy, healthy and harmonious community for all users, BeeLive has developed a series of community rules to achieve this. If any violation of the Community Norms listed below is identified, BeeLive will sanction it based on the severity of the violation.
Content cited in the Community Convention includes anything that can be seen, heard, and/or referenced, any text or image posted in the comment area, and any information posted or included in a BeeLive profile.
We ask BeeLive users to adhere to these norms, understand and follow the spirit behind these norms, and work with BeeLive to create a friendly and safety platform.
2. Definition of violation
2.1 General Rules
1. BeeLive users must comply with the following rules. Failure to comply will result in penalties. The severity of the violation is determined by BeeLive officials after a thorough assessment based on objective factors (such as content, intent, timing, and the offender).
2. When conducting a live broadcast, the streamer needs to ensure that the live broadcast environment is interesting and enjoyable. Streamers and viewers will be responsible for all content during the live stream. In the event of any violation, BeeLive will formally punish the offending viewer or streamer according to the circumstances.
3. BeeLive only provides live streaming services and refuses to have any association with commercial activities on other platforms.
4. BeeLive reserves the right of final decision and interpretation for auditing and dealing with any illegal content or conduct.
2.2 Child Safety
BeeLive introduces measures that completely prohibit minor users. If you find that a minor user is using the Platform without authorization, please notify us. Minor users are under 18 years old. BeeLive will strictly restrict the use of the Platform by minor users and will permanently close any account found to be used by minor users. The following is an example of the definition of the situation that a child appears in the live broadcast:
1. If an adult appears on a live stream at the same time as one or more children dressed in general, and the account is owned by the adult, the live stream will be considered child safety compliant, provided that the account is safe and the images do not cause any adverse effects.
2. If one or more inappropriately dressed children appear on a live stream and are not accompanied by an adult, or if the images of the live stream are likely to adversely affect the child's mental and/or emotional state, the live stream will be deemed to be anti-child safety norms.
3. The above examples do not enumerate the various situations in detail.
2.3 Cyberbullying and harassment
We prohibit bullying, harassment and hate speech on BeeLive, whether or not the victim uses it. We do not allow individuals, communities, or organizations engaged in such behavior to use our services. The following list of violations does not provide an exhaustive list of circumstances:
1. Showing fake personal images in an attempt to demean individuals or to distribute photos or videos that insult or intimidate the victim:
a. With the intention of bribing or harassing others or disseminating their personal information.
b. Any form of profanity and/or vulgarity.
2. Encourage others to violate community norms.
3. Send offensive content to other users through bullet chat, private messages or messages, such as sending pornographic images, obscenities or threatening text.
4. Commercial spam is prohibited.
2.4 Hate speech policy
BeeLive does not allow hate speech on its platform, has always valued hate speech policies and has established effective norms for this purpose. BeeLive will remove any content that promotes violence or hatred against an individual or group of people:
Discriminatory or insulting statements, hate speech, and/or symbols based on race, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation, age, national origin, appearance or physical characteristics, or sexual orientation, such as Nazis, Confederate flags, and the 3K Party.
2.5 Fright or violence content
BeeLive does not tolerate any threats to harm or kill others. Everyone has ultimate responsibility for their physical and mental health, but as a community, we must respect people who may be dissatisfied or troubled by your content or information. Therefore, we strictly prohibit content that contains, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Promote or encourage suicide or self-harm.
2. Post, promote or incite violent, intimidating or disturbing acts that are often harmful to themselves, others, children or animals.
3. Promote, praise or assist violent crime organizations.
4. Excessive promotion of extreme or unreasonable bloody or violent content.
5. Provide performances that threaten the life or health of others or use firearms or cutting tools, such as:
a. High-risk performances using knives, man-made knives, firearms or man-made firearms.
b. Threatening the personal safety of others, such as beating or coercing others.
c. Acts that harm participants, such as self-harm or suicide.
d. Acts that harm the well-being of objects, such as animal cruelty.
e. Other performances that threaten life or health.
6. Reckless driving or distracted driving. Please don't do live while driving.
7. Content that incites illegal gatherings, assemblies, processions, demonstrations or undermine social order.
2.6 Nudity and Sexual Content
BeeLive expressly prohibits BeeLive users from participating in or distributing any pornographic content. Sexually suggestive acts and content or activities are not permitted. While we make exceptions for educational content or certain pre-approved other content, live streaming must comply with platform restrictions in all cases. The following list of violations does not enumerate the various situations in detail:
1. Display or blur the display of sensitive body parts in different ways, including:
a. The lens is deliberately focused on sensitive body parts.
b. Sexually suggestive caressing, undressing, etc
c. Use sex toys (or other items similar to sex toys) as performance props.
d. Other sexually suggestive acts.
2. Vulgar, nude or overtly sexually suggestive clothing or makeup, including:
a. Men with bare arms.
b. Women showing too much skin or bare breasts, buttocks, underwear or other sensitive areas.
c. Wear a thin, pornographic or transparent uniform, underwear or other clothing.
3. Sexually suggestive or seductive activities, including gestures, poses and dance movements with sexual intent and/or general behavior.
4. Often sticks out the tongue towards the camera, and the anchor's tongue occupies more than half of the picture.
5. Live stream any type of sexual activity, flirtation, or sexual humiliation.
a. Live stream violations of someone's privacy, such as closet malfunctions, hidden cameras, and naked skin.
b. Live streaming services, sexual abuse or harmful information.
c. Live streaming pornographic games or animations.
d. Live streaming of obscene or vulgar websites.
e. Live streaming of indecent or sexually provocative images, remarks, songs, texts, videos, voices, etc
6. Provide erotic services, including prostitution, intercourse, pornographic massage and/or filming of explicit sexual acts.
2.7 Hazardous or Dangerous Content
The use, involvement or display of drugs or drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. BeeLive also prohibits users from disseminating content about tobacco and/or alcohol consumption. Please exercise caution. If we believe that any person is physically endangered or poses a threat to public safety, we reserve the right to penalize user accounts and cooperate with law enforcement. The following list of violations does not enumerate the various situations in detail:
1. Show drug samples, perform or live stream drug use or injecting drugs, explain how to make drugs and everything else related to drugs.
2. Smoking or excessive alcohol consumption during live streaming.
3. Gambling or any activity related to gambling.
4. Description of the drug for the purpose of promotion, agitation or marketing.
5. Promote or recommend the use of harmful drugs or courses, or promote scientifically proven ineffective treatment methods for diseases.
6. Other illegal content.
2.8 Extortion, extortion and deception
BeeLive has a zero-tolerance policy for violations of community rules related to fraud, extortion and/or extortion, and other criminal acts, including, but not limited to, property fraud, theft, or the commissioning or promotion of any type of crime during live streaming. If it is found that the user has adopted the above strategy for their own financial interests, the platform will impose penalties according to the severity of the rules. The following list of violations does not enumerate the various situations in detail:
1. Activities that promote cash, gifts or other multi-level pyramid schemes.
2. Threaten the audience to send money or gifts.
3. Trick people into transferring money to your bank account.
4. Copying another person's bank card number, password or other information illegally to withdraw money and profit from it.
5. Assist in charging unauthorized fees and cashing out to users.
6. Impersonating official personnel, including but not limited to official operators, platform security personnel, dealers, etc.
7. Violate other community rules, including not repaying arrears or selling accounts without official permission.
8. False information and misleading content are prohibited. Such information and content contains false account information, fake news or conspiracy theories, and false or misleading content.
2.9 Risk Control Policy
To ensure a fair, robust, and organized community environment, communities can manage the behavior of community users according to specific standards. BeeLive provides two channels for detecting violations, which are proactively detected by the platform and reported by users. BeeLive reserves the right to take action against accounts found to be involved in violations and may limit the platform features available to that account in accordance with these specifications. Such measures include banning logins and notes, freezing accounts, and confiscating and blocking virtual currency held by that account. The following violations do not provide an exhaustive list of circumstances.
1. When a single user uses too many accounts, it may increase its own integration risk index. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or take other action to process accounts that it considers to be at high risk.
2. Users may not use unconventional means to join the following activities: note, login, recharge, and offer rewards. The Platform will take the most stringent measures against any account involved in such violations and illegal gains.
3. The Platform strictly prohibits transactions that violate the specification through non-general channels. Such transactions include, but are not limited to, trading and selling virtual currency in violation of the Code, as well as joining activities in violation of the Code. The Platform reserves the right to take appropriate action against any offending accounts found to be involved in such violations and illegal proceeds.
4. Credit card fraud, money laundering, and malicious refunds are considered serious financial irregularities. The Platform has the right to quickly freeze any illegal accounts found to be involved in such violations and illegal gains, and will take corresponding measures with the most stringent standards.
5. Users are obliged to protect their own private information, including but not limited to account passwords and credit card numbers. If the user's personal account encounters credit card fraud and other privacy information leakage, the platform will assist the user to investigate the related expenses and property losses at the user's own expense.
2.10 Privacy Rights and Security
BeeLive respects the privacy of others. We do our best to ensure the security of the information we share. BeeLive will evaluate unauthorized use of private information. Never use content that violates someone else's privacy or discloses their confidential information. The following list of violations does not enumerate the various situations in detail:
1. Intrusion and theft of information.
2. Impersonate other users.
3. Share other people's private information/photos/videos.
2.11 Copyright infringement
BeeLive respects the intellectual property rights of others and encourages our users to hold the same attitude. If you share content on BeeLive that does not belong to you or is not licensed, you may violate the intellectual property rights of others. Infringement includes the use of any third-party content, derivative works, or the use of copyrighted content of others for performance in your content. We recommend that you evaluate whether your content complies with applicable intellectual property laws and applicable principles, such as fair use principles. Any unauthorized content you share on BeeLive may be removed from the platform by the copyright owner because it violates our terms of service and community rules. Repeated violations may result in permanent deactivation of your account. If you are the copyright owner or the copyright owner's agent, and you believe that any content infringes your copyright, please report it to us immediately. In order to facilitate our investigation, please also provide the following information:
a. The name of the publishing source (for example: BeeLive)
b. Username
c. Live title
d. Live date
e. Live time
f. Information reasonably sufficient for service personnel to contact you, such as address, telephone number and email address (if you have).
4. You should use it with your kind statement and should indicate that the information is used without the authorization of the copyright owner, or representative or the law.
5. Declare that the information you alleged is correct and that you have the right to deal with the copyright infringed on behalf of the copyright owner on the premise that perjury will be punished by law.
6. It is forbidden to infringe on BeeLive's assets, including its trademarks, services, content, data and servers.
2.12 Live broadcast environment
BeeLive is committed to becoming a friendly communication platform that provides users with high-quality content, and hopes that the anchor can make many friends. BeeLive recommends that the host maintain a high-quality live environment during the live broadcast. The following content is considered non-premium content:
1. Live broadcast in a dimly lit environment.
2. Did not appear in the live broadcast for more than 5 minutes.
3. The live broadcast is only composed of white walls, TV screens, black pictures or other backgrounds, and the anchor does not appear in the picture.
3. Description of punishment
We will continue to improve the BeeLive community policies and standards, and strictly implement relevant penalties. We hope that users will actively report illegal activities and work together to build a better community.

Note: If you violate the above regulations and damage the interests of the platform or other users, we will regard this as a more serious crime and the punishment will be more severe.
1. Warning
BeeLive will issue warnings for minor violations to inform the parties about violations of community norms. Violation information may be communicated in the form of pop-up windows in the live broadcast room or in the form of private messages. BeeLive hopes that these warnings can play a reminder role, urging users to abide by the norms, so that the user can continue to use the platform.
1. Penalties
BeeLive will publish penalties to users who violates the rules in the platform. The penalty notification page will inform the user of the nature of the penalty and the rule violated. We hope that users can correct their behavior based on the warnings on the page, and work with us to create a fun, healthy and safe environment.
