BeeLive is a live broadcast platform product serviced by Scienjoy BeeLive Limited. This privacy policy explains how BeeLive ("we") handles our visitor and user information and related applications and services (collectively, BeeLive " services ").
We value the privacy of users, publishers, and other people who access and use BeeLive services (collectively referred to as "you" or "users"), and hope that you are familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from and about you.
You can share personal information when you are using BeeLive service. One situation is when you need to provide your relevant information during the BeeLive account registration process. Another situation is when you take certain public or intended public behaviors on the BeeLive service, such as when you select or create live broadcast content, publish personal information, and follow the anchor. When we provide BeeLive services, we obtain information about you through the methods discussed below. Please note that we need certain types of information in order to provide you with BeeLive services.

When you create an account on the App or use BeeLive services, you agree to provide some or all of the following personal information, such as uploading content on the App or contacting us for technical support:
• Account registration information, such as phone number (or Facebook, Apple, Google, Line account, if applicable), password, user identifier and language; when registering, we need to obtain your location information to automatically match the country code of your mobile phone number. You can also manually select the country information to complete the registration.
• Personal information, such as your nickname, avatar, profile, social media information;

• Transaction information, such as transaction number and transaction history after you purchase paid services;
• Your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, after you allow us to do so, but you can change your access to GPS information through the settings on your mobile device;
• Information about your choice of us and communication with us, such as information used to verify your account or resolve your feedback or complaints.
• Information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and activities.
• When you create a BeeLive account by linking to third-party social media (such as Facebook, Apple, Line, Google) or linking your BeeLive account with a third-party social media account, the information you provide from social media;
When you use BeeLive services for legitimate rights and interests, we may collect some or all of the following personal information about you:
•Network activity information, such as your viewing history, search history, your following, your fans, and about interactions with other users;
• Information from other sources: We may obtain other information from third parties and sources other than BeeLive service. For example, we may obtain other information from the games or services you use, or from social media networks (such as Facebook) that you have approved us to visit. When you access the BeeLive service through a social media network or connect the BeeLive service to a social media network, you authorize BeeLive to collect, store and use such additional information and content in accordance with this privacy policy.

Although we cannot fully guarantee that your data will not be stored in our backup server, we promise that we will not use the data in the backup server for any other purpose.
Right of objection-You can send your request to us at any time by using the help or feedback function of the BeeLive service or by email: feedback@bee.live. Please note that if we prove that the legality of processing information overrides your interests and freedom, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we may reject your request.
Right of refuse-When you use certain features of BeeLive, such as live broadcast or microphone connection, you need to authorize BeeLive to use the camera and/or microphone of your device. You have the right to refuse. After refusal, you will not be able to use the specific function, but it will not affect your use of other functions of the BeeLive service.
In addition to the aforementioned rights, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country.
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information of people under the age of 18. If we learn that the personal information of persons under the age of 18 has been collected on or through the BeeLive service, we will take appropriate measures to delete this information.
If you think that we have improperly collected personal information of minor users, please contact us via feedback@bee.live.
As long as you maintain your BeeLive account, we will keep your personal and other information.
You can do this at any time through "Me"> "Settings"> "Account Cancellation" in the app or send an email to feedback@bee.live to request deletion of your account. Based on such requests and after our proper review, we will delete data that does not need to be retained for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal requirements. For example, we retain location, equipment, and usage data for these purposes for a reasonable period of time that may be required; while retaining such data, we may also be used for safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development purposes. Use these data. In some cases, we may not be able to delete your account, such as an account with a balance or unresolved claims or disputes.
