BeeLive User Agreement

Last updated: April 6, 2022 This "BeeLive User Agreement" (here in after referred to as the "Agreement") regulates your use of our services, including the video streaming application developed by us and the social network BeeLive App. You are one party, and the other party is Scienjoy BeeLive Limited ("we" or "BeeLive"). For the purposes of this agreement, you and BeeLive will collectively be referred to as the "Parties" and each as the "Party".
When using the service, you will abide by BeeLive’s privacy policy, and comply with other guidelines or rules that are posted on the service or provided to you, or applicable to the specific services and functions disclosed to you in relation to such services. We may also provide certain paid services that are subject to any additional terms or conditions related to such services disclosed to you.
By using our services or clicking "register" during the registration process, you agree to all the terms of this agreement. We can modify this agreement at any time at our discretion. You can only use our services in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of your country/region if you are 18 years of age or older and you are not subject to the legal age limit.
You are obliged to keep your BeeLive account and password. All actions and activities performed through your BeeLive account will be regarded as your actions and activities, and you shall bear full responsibility for them.
2.1 User content generation
BeeLive allows users to use chat, voice interaction and other services in real time, and participate in activities that you may create, publish, transmit, execute, or store content, messages, text, sound, and images on the service ("User Content"). The views expressed by other users on the service (including through the use of virtual gifts) do not represent our views or values.
2.2 Combating harmful behaviors, protecting and supporting our communities
We hire a dedicated team and develop advanced technology systems to detect and monitor abuse of our services, behaviors harmful to others, and situations where we may be able to help support or protect our community. If we learn about such content or behavior, we will take appropriate action, such as providing help, deleting content, deleting or restricting access to certain features, disabling accounts, or contacting law enforcement.
2.3 Global access to our services

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, accessing your computer permissions, and all activities that occur under your account or password. Please ensure that the information you provide to BeeLive at the time of registration and at all other times is true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We allow you to register and log in through certain third-party services. The third party's collection, use and disclosure of your information will comply with the privacy policy of the third party's service. We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you fail to comply with any of these terms, or if activity on your account will or may cause or damage the service or infringe or violate any third-party rights, Or violate any applicable laws or regulations
If you no longer want to use our services and want to delete your account, we can handle this issue for you. Once you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any content or information you have added.

Your access to and use of the service are subject to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to abide by these terms of service and BeeLive’s community guidelines, and you will not:
(1) Create, upload, transmit or store any inaccurate, illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, infringement of privacy or reputation, harassment, threats, abusive, inflammatory or other objectionable content;
(2) Impersonating any individual or entity, impersonating the affiliation of any individual or entity, or accessing another person’s BeeLive account without permission, forging the identity of another person, or impersonating another person for information content transmission on the BeeLive service, or any other similar fraud Activity;
(3) Defame, harass, abuse, threaten or defraud BeeLive users, or collect or attempt to collect personal information of users or third parties without the consent of users or third parties;
(4) Delete, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with the security-related functions of the service or user content, prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content accessed through the service, and impose restrictions on the use of the service or user content Function, or delete the copyright or other proprietary claims of the service or user content;
(5) Try to discover the source code of the service or any part of it by reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or other means, unless and only within the scope expressly permitted by the law of the jurisdiction where you live;
(6) Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the service or any part thereof, unless and only within the scope expressly permitted by applicable laws;
(7) Invade or disrupt the operation of the service or the enjoyment of the service by any user in any way, including uploading or disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms or other malicious code in other ways;
(8) Interfering with or interrupting the service or the server or network connected to the service, or violating any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the network connected to the service; using the service in any way may interfere, destroy, negatively affect or hinder other users Fully enjoy the service, or may damage, disable, burden or damage the function of the service in any way;
(9) Try to circumvent any content filtering technology we have adopted, or try to access any service or service area that you do not have the right to access; (10) Use the service for any illegal purpose, or violate any local, state, national or international laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy.
BeeLive is not responsible for any user content or any loss or damage caused by it, and BeeLive is not responsible for any errors, defamation, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity that you may encounter when using the service. You use the service at your own risk. In addition, our services will not contain any content prohibited by these terms, so these terms do not create any third-party private litigation rights or reasonable expectations
BeeLive is not responsible for any statements or statements contained in user content. BeeLive does not endorse any user content, opinions, recommendations or suggestions expressed therein, BeeLive expressly states that it does not assume any responsibility related to user content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, BeeLive reserves the right to delete, filter or edit any user content posted or stored on the service at any time without notice, including cases where such user content violates these service terms of use or applicable laws , And you are solely responsible for creating and replacing backups of any user content you publish or store on the service, at your own expense. Any use of the service in violation of the foregoing regulations violates these service terms of use and may result in the termination or suspension of your right to use the service.
If you are 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or above, you can only purchase virtual diamonds ("diamonds") and virtual gifts ("gifts"), send gifts to others, and accept monetary value Gifts, earn virtual coins ("coins") and withdraw coins. The price of the diamond will be displayed at the time of purchase. All fees and payments of the diamond will be paid in the currency specified by the point of purchase through the relevant payment mechanism. You will be responsible for paying the cost of the diamonds you buy. Diamonds can be used to buy gifts. Diamonds cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender or currency of any country, region or any political entity, or any other form of credit. Diamonds can only be used on BeeLive and as part of our service, and cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, discounts or special offers, unless we specify a promotion, coupon, discount or special offer.
Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, the sales of all diamonds and gifts are final, and we will not provide refunds for any purchased diamonds and gifts. Diamonds and gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can we refund or reimburse them for any reason.
We accept major credit cards, certain debit cards, and/or other payment methods that we provide to you through our website as payment methods. You must comply with all the terms and conditions of the payment method you choose. By submitting an order through the service, you mean that you authorize us or our designated payment processor to charge the purchase amount to your designated account. All payments are made in U.S. dollars, unless other currencies are provided through the payment method provided by BeeLive.
Our payment processing partners may ask you to provide certain personal data (for example, a valid government-issued ID card, your legal name, address, and date of birth) in order to make payments through their financial institutions and comply with applicable international , National, federal, state and local laws and regulations. They can also communicate directly with you about any issues regarding payment.
If you refuse to purchase online due to a problem with your payment method, please make sure that all data is correct and resubmit. All text, data, images, graphics, audio and/or video information and other materials in the services provided by BeeLive are the property of BeeLive and are protected by copyright law, trademark law and/or other property laws. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as BeeLive granting you any intellectual property rights or any license for such materials.
To use and/or upload any live streaming content or other content through the BeeLive service to the publicly accessible area of the BeeLive website means that you grant BeeLive and its sublicensors free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable rights And permission, without any geographical or time restrictions, and without any approval and/or compensation, can use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, dispose of, create derivative works, distribute, perform, and publicly display such content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, BeeLive reserves the right to terminate your service use license (including the release of user content), and we reasonably believe that: (A) your use of the service violates this agreement or applicable law; (B) You use or abuse the service in a fraudulent manner; or (C) if you cannot continue to provide the service to you due to technical or legal commercial reasons, terminate your service use license (including publishing user content). This includes terminating or suspending your access to any purchased products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, you are concerned about (i) the service, (ii) any terms of these terms of service, (iii) any policies or practices of BeeLive operating the service, or (iv) any content or information transmitted through the service The only remedy for any dissatisfaction is to terminate your account and stop using any part of the service.
You shall bear full responsibility for any risks involved in using the BeeLive service. Use or rely on BeeLive services at your own risk.
In any case, BeeLive does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted. The timeliness, safety and accuracy of services may not be guaranteed. You accept and agree that BeeLive provides services in an "as is" manner. BeeLive makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, in any form regarding the operation and provision of such services or any part of it. BeeLive is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the services in any way, nor is it responsible for any consequences that may arise from your use of such services.
BeeLive does not assume any responsibility for service interruption or other deficiencies caused by force majeure, nor does it assume any responsibility for other situations beyond BeeLive's control. However, BeeLive should try to minimize the loss and impact on you as reasonably possible as possible.
To apply for any information or documents related to potential, anticipated or current legal proceedings, investigations or disputes from BeeLive services, or third-party user information, appropriate legal procedures must be used and must be accurately provided through us .
We will modify the terms of this agreement at any time, for example, when we update the features of our services, when we merge multiple applications or services operated by us or our affiliates into one consolidated service or application, or when When laws and regulations change. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop accessing or using the service.
This agreement is a complete agreement reached between the two parties on the agreed items and other related matters. Except for the provisions of this agreement, neither party to this agreement has other rights.
If any clause of this agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by the competent authority for any reason, the remaining clauses of this agreement will remain valid and binding.
The headings in this agreement are set for convenience, and these headings should not be considered when interpreting this agreement.
